The Magpul Hunter Lite Stock for Ruger American Short Action is a lighter, slimmer drop-in chassis for Ruger American Rifle and Ruger American Rifle Generation II models in short-action calibers. It is over 20% lighter than Magpul's original Hunter Stock and weighs as little as 2.5 lb depending on spacer and riser setup. An aluminum V-bedding block with reinforced steel pillars and an integrated magwell is designed to secure the action and AICS-pattern magazines for reliable feeding. Length of pull adjusts from 13" to 15" with four included 1/2" spacers, and the included cheek riser provides up to 0.36" of comb-height adjustment. Five forend M-LOK slots, front and rear sling swivel studs, and an ambidextrous magazine release and inlet insert support both left- and right-handed shooters. Compatible with factory Ruger barrels and aftermarket barrels up to a Medium Palma contour. Not compatible with factory AR-magazine-capable stock models. Made in the USA.
