The Magpul Hunter Lite Stock for Remington 700 Short Action is a lighter, slimmer drop-in chassis that helps a short-action Remington 700 carry easier and shoot more consistently. More than 20% lighter than Magpul's original Hunter Stock, it weighs as little as 2.3 lb depending on spacer and riser setup. An aluminum V-bedding block with reinforced steel pillars and an integrated magwell is designed to secure the action and AICS-pattern magazines for reliable feeding. Because of the integral magazine well, it is not compatible with Remington hinged floor plates. Length of pull adjusts from 13" to 15" with four included 1/2" spacers, and the included cheek riser provides up to 0.36" of comb-height adjustment. Five forend M-LOK slots, front and rear sling swivel studs, and an ambidextrous magazine release and inlet insert support both left- and right-handed shooters. Compatible with factory Remington barrels, including VTR contours, and aftermarket barrels up to a Medium Palma profile. Made in the USA.
