The Dead Air Xeno Radial Brake is a shoulder-seating .30 caliber muzzle device that functions as a muzzle brake and a low-profile mounting interface for the Xeno system (DA870). Its radial port design manages recoil while keeping a compact profile. Paired with a suppressor fitted with a Xeno Adapter, the taper interface is designed for easy attachment, secure lock-up, and consistent alignment.
Because the ports are radial, you don't need to time the brake with shims. Installation uses a standard 3/4" (19mm) 12-point socket. Dead Air says the large precision taper helps the suppressor stay aligned and return to zero under hard firing, and that the dimensions behind the mount and inside the suppressor are designed to extend baffle life. It's machined from 17-4PH stainless steel with a QPQ nitride finish. The overall length is 1.47" and it weighs 2.04 oz.
