The Blue Force Gear Vickers SMG Sling is a dedicated sling for submachine guns and other smaller, lighter guns, designed by Larry Vickers. It isn't a scaled-down rifle sling. It was built from the start for tactical and patrol use with weapons like the HK MP5, MP7, UMP, and Uzi. It carries the Vickers Quick Adjuster with a contrasting pull tab, so you can move quickly from carry mode to ready, and it can be used as a two-point or single-point sling. Two-point mode gives you a more stable, secure carry, which suits larger SMGs like the MP5, and the included hardware lets you convert to single-point mode quickly when you want speed and maneuverability.
The sling attaches with two ULoops, which Blue Force Gear designed for this job. They mount through eyelets, holes in railed handguards, KeyMod rails, sling swivels, and other awkward sling mounts. Blue Force Gear says the ULoop has no exposed metal to mar your gun. It's a nylon-coated, aircraft-grade stainless steel wire with mil-spec ball-shank ends crimped to the wire and a glass-reinforced DuPont Zytel nylon body. The sling is built in the USA from Invista solution-dyed CORDURA webbing with military-grade, low-IR nylon hardware. It uses 1.00" webbing and weighs 95 grams.
