The Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW! Strap is a low-profile MOLLE holder for carrying a tourniquet so you can reach it quickly. It comes empty, and a tourniquet is not included. Two heavy-duty elastic loops hold a SOF-T, a C-A-T, or another similar-sized tourniquet, and they also take other items of a similar size, such as flex cuffs.
The holder has a molded plastic base that slips behind three vertical rows of MOLLE loops, with the elastic loops expanding outside those spaces, so it mounts on any MOLLE surface with three vertical MOLLE fields available. It works on plate carriers, chest rigs, and war belts. Blue Force Gear says it can also sit on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! Medium and Large pouches have special cuts that let the strap fit on the pouch lid and on either side of the Admin Pouch. The base measures .125" x 1" x 4.75".
