The Daniel Defense Collapsible Buttstock is made from a proprietary blend of glass-infused polymers with soft-touch rubber overmolding at key points. It is precision-formed for mil-spec receiver extensions, keeping forward and lateral play low without a tensioning device or friction lock. The result is a durable stock with a comfortable, repeatable cheek weld.
It can be run with either of two included buttpads, or with no buttpad, to fit the rifle to the gear being worn. The thicker pad is a convex 0.8" shape. The thinner pad is a concave 0.5" shape, designed to reduce snagging when shouldering. Limited-rotation QD swivel attachment points are integrated on both sides for ambidextrous sling connection.
