The SilencerCo Echo Thread Adapter for Saiga/Vepr allows you to mount the Salvo 12 shotgun suppressor on the Vepr-12 and Saiga-12 shotguns. This will NOT fit any other shotgun or clones such as the HTS M12AK-T2.
