The RISE Armament 22 ARC AR-15 Upper Receiver is built around an 18" 416R stainless steel threaded barrel. It is an AR-15 platform upper in 22 ARC with a rifle-length gas system, 1:7 twist, and 1/2"x28 muzzle threads.
The free-floating skeletonized aluminum handguard is 15.25" long and includes a continuous 12 o'clock Picatinny rail, M-LOK slots, four threaded steel QD sling swivel inserts, a snag-free front, and a patent-pending attachment lock designed to help maintain zero. A RISE ambidextrous charging handle is included for left- or right-hand use, including with optics and gloves. The premium BCG uses a 9310 bolt, is individually MPI tested, has a staked gas key, and a black nitride finish. The receiver is forged billet aluminum.
