Description
The Radian AFTERBURNER + RAMJET combo for Glock provides you with great recoil reduction and match grade accuracy while still being easy to conceal. The ported barrel features a thread-less design making it easy to install and remove the Micro-Compensator.
The AFTERBURNER compensator is machined from hardened stainless steel and the RAMJET barrel from hardened 416R stainless steel. Both the barrel and compensator have a Radianite coating for low friction, high hardness and high corrosion resistance. This results in increased durability making erosion from muzzle blast a non-issue.
The innovative INTRA-LOK mounting system uses the taper lock principle where a tapered locking screw interfaces with an angled V-groove on the underside of the barrel. This perfectly times the compensator as it locks down onto the upper barrel profile on the barrels muzzle. This makes installation of the AFTERBURNER compensator as easy as sliding the AFTERBURNER over the barrel, insert the locking screw and tighten. This also allows for easy removal for cleaning the gun.
When installed on a Glock G17, the AFTERBURNER + RAMJET combo increases the overall length of the slide by .47", allowing compatibility with all G34 holsters.
