The Lancer L5AWM .300 Blackout 10-round magazine is built for heavy subsonic .300 Blackout ammunition, particularly loads with 200+ grain projectiles. Lancer says it updated the internal geometry so these longer, heavier bullets stack properly, which they say improves feeding reliability compared with a standard .223/5.56 magazine. The body is molded with distinctive .300 Blackout markings, and the magazine ships with a contrasting flat dark earth floor plate, so it's easy to tell apart from your 5.56 magazines at a glance.
It's part of Lancer's L5 Advanced Warfighter Magazine (L5AWM) line, which pairs a polymer body and aggressive surface texture with a one-piece, wraparound steel feed-lip assembly. Lancer lists the L5AWM as compatible with the M4/M16/AR-15, SCAR16, HK416, ARX160, SIG556, ACR, IWI Tavor, SA80, and many other modern weapon systems. It's designed, tooled, manufactured, and assembled in the USA.
This magazine is designed for heavy subsonic loads. If you shoot lightweight supersonic .300 Blackout ammunition (under 150 grain), Lancer recommends a standard .223/5.56 L5AWM magazine instead.
