The Haley Strategic X-Harness is a load-bearing system for all Haley Strategic Chest Rigs and Placards. The slip loop shoulder strap system allows for quick deployment off any chest rig or placard. The straps feature a column of MOLLE webbing with 3 rows for attaching radios, cables, push-to-talk buttons, hydration tubes, compasses, EUD bridges, GPS, and other similar-sized items. The X-Harness includes a waist strap (AKA: "belly band" or "back strap"). Made with Mil-Spec nylon webbing and 500D nylon with 1" male and female buckles. Made in the USA from USA materials (Berry Compliant).
