The GG&G Magpul Zhukov Handguard for the Beretta 1301 replaces the factory forearm with a Magpul Zhukov handguard adapted by GG&G to fit the 1301, and it comes in Black and Flat Dark Earth. The Zhukov was originally designed for the AK platform, and GG&G adapted it to fit the Beretta 1301 Tactical Shotgun, so no modifications to your shotgun are needed. Installation takes about 20 minutes or less, and it fits Gen I, Gen II, Gen III, and Mod 2 models.
A CNC-machined front adapter (nose cone) is contoured to follow the 1301's lines. It has a small steel spring plunger that locks positively onto the factory magazine tube cap or an aftermarket magazine tube extension nut. The handguard has M-LOK slots for mounting lights or slings, such as the GG&G M-LOK Cantilever Rail Light Mount (GGG-1991) and the M-LOK QD Sling Attachment for the Zhukov Handguard (GGG-2945). A stainless steel heat shield in the forward section helps deflect hot gases and slows heat buildup during firing. It covers the forward slots at the 6 o'clock position, so you can't use those slots for M-LOK accessories. This handguard is not compatible with the GG&G Beretta 1301 QD Sling & Flashlight Mount, Sling & Flashlight Mount, Flashlight Mount, or QD Front Sling Attachments, with or without HD swivels.
