The Dead Air E-Brake is a recoil-reducing brake that threads onto the front of your suppressor, adding recoil reduction on top of what the suppressor already does. It also vents the high-pressure gas from the front of the suppressor in a more diffused way. Dead Air says the vent holes give a softer release, so you get less dust kicked up when shooting prone and less blast on people beside you.
The E-Brake comes in two widths and uses the same R-Series front cap thread pitch as many of Dead Air's rifle suppressors. Installation is simple. Remove your existing front cap, install it on the E-Brake, then thread the E-Brake onto your suppressor. A DA208 front cap tool is included. The through bore is .30 caliber on both versions, so choose the width that matches your suppressor.
