The Blue Force Gear Boo Boo Pouch is a small, empty MOLLE pouch for the little essentials that don't belong in a main kit. It doesn't come with any medical gear or contents, so you fill it with what you need. It holds things like basic firearm cleaning and repair supplies, spare batteries, a SERE or survival kit, and small accessories such as lip balm, sunscreen, and basic bandages. Blue Force Gear designed it for non-trauma first aid items, so it isn't a trauma kit.
It attaches with Blue Force Gear's patented Helium Whisper system and takes up only a 2 x 2 section of MOLLE. A BLIP pull tab, a ball-shaped tab that's easy to find and grip when your hands are cold or numb, helps you open the lid, and a steel grommet drain hole lets water out. The pouch is built from ULTRAcomp high-performance laminate, 1" woven elastic, and CORDURA, stitched with TEX 70 bonded nylon thread. It measures 1" x 4" x 4" and weighs 37 grams empty.
