Strike Industries GRIDLOK LITE M-LOK Handguard 15"

The Strike Industries GRIDLOK LITE M-LOK Handguard for AR-15 has a single piece, free float design to minimize weight. The handguard uses the Quick Rail Detach system which can be removed easily in the field without tools. With the Quick Rail detach system a simple push and pull of the of the quick detach (QD) latch and you will have the handguard off in seconds to make any adjustments to an adjustable gas block or to install or remove a suppressor. The GRIDLOK LITE has M-LOK accessory slots at the 3, 6 and 9 o?clock positions and at the front is a built-in flip up backup iron sight (BUIS). In the rear of the handguard are dual integrated 360 degree free swivel QD sockets. Rear tabs with set screws at the top the GRIDLOK LITE help center the top rail to the upper receiver to ensure proper alignment. The cut in front of the handguard was designed to help fit suppressors up to 1.57" (39.9mm) in diameter and of course all SI muzzle devises including the SI OPPRESSOR. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and the barrel nut is machined from 7000 series aluminum to be lightweight and high strength. Not compatible with most piston gas blocks or some billet/side charging uppers.
